Oooh boat life! What kind of boat do you have? I'm actually trying to purchase a houseboat with a group of folks, as a partial owner.
I love houseboats but you definitely need to get the slip included, as they are like house trailers, in that once you lose your place to keep it.
My boat is a 35 foot sailboat. We've had it 20 years.
